High quality characteristics of graphite molds:
1. High quality heat transfer and conductivity.
2. Poor thermal expansion coefficient and excellent heat resistance, as well as resistance to heat damage.
3. Resistant to solvent corrosion and not easily reactive with most metal materials.
4. The compressive strength increases with temperature at high temperatures (around 700 ℃ for most copper based tire bodies).
5. Has excellent lubrication and anti-wear properties.
6. Easy to produce and process, with good hardware processing characteristics, capable of making complex and high-precision grinding tools.
